Resistance bands and sit-ups while I watched television. It's all I had the time and energy to do after coming home late tonight. I had a dinner date with a guy at Perla's, and it went longer than I intended. I highly recommend Perla's, and I am at least pleased that the conversation with my dinner companion was good. At home, I turned on an episode of "Family Guy" from hulu.com. I missed last night's episode of "LOST" and would have rather watched that, but it hadn't been posted yet.
So here I am trying to be more productive because I gave up cable (and I learned that my date for the night also did not believe in cable television) and I am still pre-occupied with watching television. All flavors of television are like crack.
I plugged in the BodyBugg (albeit, I did not wear it on my date), and I'd only burned about 1750 calories all day. I'm going to wear it all day tomorrow.
