Tonight, I really wanted to come home after work and take a nice walk around the neighborhood and chill out to some tunes and just enjoy the outdoors. But alas, it was Monday. My day started at 5 am to take a 6:55 am flight out of Little Rock where I'd spent the weekend with family. On my way to work, an idiot ran into the passenger side of my car and screwed that up, then I spent the better part of the day in meetings. I was at work until 7 pm until I finished a report. So by the time I stopped by Whole Foods to get some comfort food (no judgement), it was just not feasible to take that walk. I actually said, "it's not feasible," out loud.
Anyway - tonight I got on Netflix and plugged my laptop up to my 42" flat screen and did the first two workouts (about 20 minutes) of the "10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates." It was a decent workout for the time I decided to allot to my workout tonight. When I have more time, I'll definitely do it again. It made me realize how much I need to work on my balance.
