Day 74 = Running + Progress!


Finally. Some progress. Ok, not that I was actually setting out to make any progress when I started this 90-day experiment, but positive progress is always welcome. After my 35-minute run this afternoon, I had my first BodyBugg coaching session (my one free session with my BodyBugg) over the phone. We went through the program and I learned a lot more about it. A lot that I had no idea existed. I am no longer a BodyBugg novice user; I am a BodyBugg intermediate user. (Disclaimer: I just made up those terms. To my knowledge, BodyBugg does not endorse such terminology.)

One new feature that I hadn't yet stumbled on by my own volition is the measurements section. Turns out, I've lost 6 inches overall. This is since I last measured myself in January, but it is pretty safe to say I wasn't on any fast track to losing inches between January and March when I started this experiment. The pic in this blog shows how BodyBugg calculated the number of calories I burned back on April 30. The goal is to eat fewer calories than I burn, preferably at least 500 fewer.
