I had my gym workout this morning. Yada, yada, yada. But all day, all I could think about was fried chicken, specifically KFC extra crispy. And the thing is I never eat fast food. But I was just craving fried chicken. Has it been 28 days already?In the end, I went home at ate grilled chicken with McClard's BBQ sauce (from Hot Springs, AR) that I had leftover from the other night. I stayed true to my trainer's meal plan. And if I'm going to eat fried chicken, I should be more creative or at least explore my options.
